Smashao is a Tuscan-born smash burger brand where attitude, flavor, and local identity collide.
The name comes from a playful twist on “smashato”: in true Tuscan style, the T disappears, aspirated away, leaving behind a sound that’s bold, ironic, and unmistakably local.

The logo reflects this philosophy: the S holds the structure, while M and A sit inside the smashed burger itself pressed, embedded, and essential just like flavor is pressed into every patty.
